All health care services are provided under the supervision of a physician. Home carae services are provided 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays. We bill Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance companies. We are licensed by the state of Utah and certified by Medicare and Medicaid.
Merridee Hansen Farr, MPA, CEO, and founder of LifePath Home Health Care &
Hospice has been a leader in the medical community for over 20 years. She
received her B.A. from Westminster College and MPA from the University of
Utah.
